•	Donation of cardiac equipment to Jaffna hospital
•	40 homes (SLMANA fishing village, Payagala) constructed and handed over.(SLMANA East 2005)
•	Children’s Heart Project. This was originally an independent project but changed to a collaborative effort with Arizona Children’s Heart Project. The recipient of this assistance was the National Hospital, Colombo, Sri Lanka
•	Assistance for Pediatric Cardiac Unit (Colombo)
•	Purchase of equipment for surgical suite to regional hospital (Jaffna)
•	Supply of labor and delivery suite equipment to regional hospital (Chilaw)
•	Donation of Hearing Aids and other instruments to Deaf Schools (Colombo and Jaffna)
•	Supply of Bronchoscopic equipment to regional hospital (Galle)
•	Donation of Mammography unit to Colombo General Hospital
•	Supply of Urology and cystoscopy equipment to teaching hospital (Jaffna)
